Colin Whitaker the AMA President for nearley 20 years has retired from the AMA executive committee. He is still teaching Tai Chi in Leeds and will remain a member of the AMA.

 On behalf of the AMA I must thank him for his loyal service to the association and we wish him well for the future.

 The new President is Steve Stavridis who him self has already served as an active executive member since 1976.
